Lotus is the only real Exchange competition I've seen
I mean really. These little startups claim to do it all yet when you really get into the product you see how incredibly shallow it is compared to Exchange or Lotus. We're a long way from that level of capability in SaaS product. Unfortunately I have no experience with Unison so I can't comment on that product.

Edit - I was looking at the site for your product and it sounds interesting. All your eggs in one basket is a bit dicey, most companies want their phone system separate from mail so that if the mail is down they can still make phone calls. I'll have to do some further reading, it could be a compelling product to sell and support.
