Yeah, but using computers for voting was out of the picture a while ago...
Many companies failed to do this secure, and thus we end up with an election that we aren't sure about. Nobody really knows if it was rigged or not. They do know that, it could have been. And Microsoft is the WORST company to put in charge of this. Look at their web browser, the thing is full of so many damn holes you don't see any material.
