Kind of disagree...
...the usability of the iPhone, whilst good, isn't really significantly better than the Touch Diamond. It is better than the current S60 phones because they don't support touch - which is easier to use - but they're not so bad as to make a huge difference.

The iPhone 3G is a bit 2007 I'm afraid. I'm not sure Apple have gauged just how quickly the mobile phone market moves.
