Yes! Use tax dollars to slow them down with litigation!
Clearly, the creative and now well known way to compete with Intel is to slow them down. The tick tock treadmill combine with their process technology might is arguably insurmountable going toe to toe with them.

This is where litigation comes in. Governments litigators are excited to respond to ALL applications of complaints. They keep their job and they have a near infinite source of funding- TAXES.

Slowing down Intel with litigation is the only effective tool left to buy time and hope for a slip.
