Ebay sucks because of lack of consumer protection

And ebay is CHOCK FULL of unscrupulous sellers, people selling things that LOOK LIKE what you want, but when you read the fine print, you MIGHT catch that one keyword that says it isn't what it is...then when you realize you've been had, you have to go through a VERY LENGTHY and MONTH'S-long procedure to get your money back...and nothing is guaranteed! I used to sell a LOT on Ebay but the crazy high fees finally hit home and it's been years since I've listed anything on Ebay. I buy on ebay in spurts, like 3 items a year and only because I've exhausted online retailers I trust a LOT more, like Amazon as well as others. I'm gonna say it, Ebay & Paypal really suck. I guess Bill Me Later is doomed to the same level of suckness.
