Thank God!

Wow! Finally someone who writes from a historical perspective about the internet "breaking." Excellent analysis of the same old FUD that's been around - as you point out - for the last ten years.

On an aside, I don't think the Olympics will impact the internet much simply because the video stream is being limited to VISTA USERS ONLY.

According to OneStat.com, Vista accounts for only 13% of current web users. That's pretty small potatoes.

So who exactly is it that's going to "break" the internet? Most of the internet is cut off from the Olympics. There isn't anyone to break it.
