- Legacy vendors need to do their part...or else
- It is up to the enterprise software vendors to provide customers with a Web 2.0 experience in the tools they've already adopted. Problem is, it is no small task to rearchitect decades-old legacy application frameworks to deliver Web 2.0. What happens now? Salesforce.com or Service-now.com is what happens. Industry incumbents like Remedy and HP Service Center are being ripped and replaced and are now scrambling to protect their eroding beachheads from Enterprise 2.0.
