Remember on 16 May when Rittenmeyer promised that he knew of no plans for layoffs? He figured he was lying to employees--but we are also shareholders. He needed our votes. Isn't that securities fraud? Maybe we're complaining in the wrong place--there are tip lines for the Security and Exchange Commission. We may not get our jobs back, but Rittenmeyer but that doesn't mean that Rittenmeyer, Jordan, Heller and all the rest get to keep their money too.
