I agree to the fact that blind out sourcing is bad. That is exactly every company is doing. Before we criticize India or Indians in general, we need to take a look in our backyard. It is mere supply demand problem. An executive here who hasn't written a single line of code in his life thinks programming is too easy, let us move it a to cheaper place. Perfectly makes sense but only in excel sheet at that moment, eventually it is going to cost more. So more you outsource to one location more people they have to hire, thatmeans every guy walking on the road is a programmer just like boom time in US in late 90's where a sale guy became a programmer. India has a bunch of smart peopl and just like anywhere else it is limited,. If there 10 smart people and you outsource 1000 jobs you calculate where the rest 900 are coming from. In short, it is the executives here who are doing this to increase their bonuses for this year happy
