And I say "GOOD!!"...
It's well past time that American companies employ American workers to do their work! Maybe cheap isn't so cheap in the long haul. My company is always late to the game and I was hoping they'd largely just skip the offshoring idea...but now that everyone else is wising up on that, they are beginning a pilot project. Of course, there are many staff unhappy to hear that. Lower morale follows. Lower productivity follows lower morale. Wise up, execs! Stop selling out your people!!
