- I lost my job in a Wipro outsourcing...Fortunately I had five other offers from other organizations who were happy to have me. My previous employer is struggling with issues and helpdesk tickets behind schedule as well. Make sure your contracts and SLAs are iron-clad with appropriate penalties before thinking of outsourcing with anyone.
