Just Vonage or all VOIP?
I believe the concern was that when Comcast switches from a per protocol limiting measure to a per customer limiting measure, they will not be looking at the kind of traffic. If a customer over uses their allotment, whatever that may be, and gets subject to traffic shaping, it wont matter if it's p2p, vonage, or video.

It sounds to me like Comcast has agreed to exclude Vonage (all voip?) from the traffic shaping.
