Icahn - must be great being an "activist" shareholder and not having to build, make or account for anything other than manipulating a few quarterly results to make a quick buck.

Ballmer - Probably hasn't had one original idea in his entire life. At least Gates was a tech guy.

Conclusion: After the "Micro-Who?" deal is done, this dynamic duo should team up to save the Detroit automakers.
