Does that make him...?
Just wondering if that makes him the majority shareholder now? Or could that be his goal, to make sure he retains control over Dell as a rule because he may be considering stepping aside as CEO to pursue something else. Being the majority shareholder means that any future CEO would still have to answer to him. Just a thought.
