i live in parsippany
and my Optimum line does not go down ever! I've had it for over a year now and I have decided to not even consider switching to FIOS as I have zero issues of any kind. My speed test results are 27468 & 4966.

I do have FIOS available btw, my apartment community is pre-wired with fiber all the way to our bedrooms (literally) but after spending 4 days trying to get in touch with Verizon about setting up FIOS and not being able to get in touch with anyone, I decided to call Optimum and they had eveything up and running next day.
