these things are nice, but-
if ISPs start removing the 'unlimited' feature of unlimited accounts, the entire idea will be for naught. Few will watch internet television when it could affect their surfing habits later that month (or week) when they bump into the limitations imposed by ISPs that are wishing to gouge more money from customers. This is after a long time of making lots of money on infrastructure that was there already, and paid for many times over. The idea that expansion is necessary is one that no one disputes, what is disputed is how the customers must now be limited after a long time of huge profitability by the provider with none of the money being put back into the system.
