Many, many comments and ideas...
prestented during the discussions about MS's takeover of Yahoo discussed either a massive walkout of employees or MS firing many employees. It was said many times that current Yahoo employees just wouldn't stand for the Microsoftation of Yahoo. Icahn is probably very close in his estimation of costs. I'm sure he maximized his calculations but he has a much more realistic view than what Yang and Company are trying to portray now that they have been called on their poison pill.

Their behavior was not in the best interest of shareholders. And the numerous lawsuits that have been filed and the facts that will come to light will show this.

Yang and the board were doing what was best for them just as Icahn is doing what is best for him. Yang is no better than Icahn.

What few facts that have already come to light show Yang acting in his best interest and not the interests of the shareholders. He can scream and kick all he wants but he will lose the lawsuits filed against him regardless of whether Icahn wins the proxy war.
