RE: Why Internet companies are attractive takeover targets: They can't mana: You only need to look at Yahoo Finance to witness the mess that Yahoo are in. Yahoo are said to have over 140M "uniques" per month and many would be around the site for a reasonable time, on many a day.

Ads are the same (in many instances) and as they were, almost 3-5 years ago. Yahoo have it's RME (Right Media Exchange), but choose not to use it, it seems?

Moderation of some of the stock boards is left to biased (almost fascist?) type of adjudication that in some cases (eg; the LOOK board), does appear to be in favor of, almost "complete kaos". Posts containing any positive research are quickly removed or, "bombed out" with completely rubbish posts or, post after post of SPAM, that sadly, is allowed to remain.
