Leave it Be
Hey Icahn, leave it be. Yahoo has always been a healthy dose of competition for the likes of Microsoft. You, on the other hand, are just plain overly greedy. The world mostly wants it's Yahoo just the way it is... and NOT as a part of the omnipresent MS glob of stuff.
And who the Hell made a law that says that one super rich cluck who is only an "investor" can create it's own board of directors and essentially take over a long standing company for the purpose of having it sold off ? What kind of half wit made THAT one up ? And investor is just that, someone who is looking to make more cash, and invests in someone else's Ideas and Hard Work. This investor should never be able to "take over" the idea or company in question unless asked. If the investor does not like the idea or the company anymore, then stop investing in it and leave. Go Away. Do not force it to become a part of something it does NOT want to be a part of.
Sheesh, who makes these rules ?
Greedy, creepy people.
