Yeah, a BIG surprise to me too!

Esp. when you overhear last weekend conversations that
they're 'hangin in there' at Sat. morning soccer games
(Moms will talk and talk) in Ashburn... Leak, lose-lips or
freedom of speech - whatever. Move ahead guys, I'm tired
of looking at the Xanadu campus, esp. when traffic ramps
were designed around it, and put the rest of us around you
and your security perimeters, and is ALL just about empty.

Btw, I still remember when the Pan AM Flight Simulator
building was still owned by British Aerospace (even helped
design/build the visual display boards for it). Probably the
best "real" estate investment you ever made.
