Does digital stand alone?
My microwave oven undoubtedly has digital in it.The timer and function choices are an example. The program for the microwave is written and recorded into a ROM chip. When I press the START button a bit or bytes appear at one of the legs of the chip.Does this bit have to be processed by an Intel Code Interpreter to start the microwave?Intel shows stuff in their chips that they say is transistors.Somehow they turn digital into something a transistor can use. Will I ever see Intel's approach as an exact understanding?
