As long as the TLB errata is fixed, no other issues rear their ugly head, and performance is in range of where it should be, it should help to build AMD back up. It will still take some time, and less delays, to clear some of the tarnish off the AMD name.

As for the triple-cores, it should definitely help boost AMD's bottom line by allowing it to disable a single bad core in the Phenom and still have a better performer and highr priced sku than a dual core. It makes for good lemonade.
