Sounds good, but, if MS is persistent, 60B trumps everything.
Having these talks IS a great strategy to make MS pay more, but, MS could still do a hostile takeover after the News Corp deal, it would just be a lot harder and more expensive with Rupert Murdoch owning 20%, and also the deal in place.

This could be very good for Rupert Murdoch, and keeping MySpace relevant.

Very, Very, interesting . . . . .
