My experience with Google Apps to date is that as far as technical support is concerned, no one is home. I have never gotten a responsive answer to any of my questions. Mostly, they just give me platitudes and blow me off or do not respond. I have NEVER had that experience with Microsoft. In fact, Microsoft has sometime stayed with me for weeks while WE mutually tried to fix a problem.
