- RE: Technology's natural state: Duopoly (or close to it)
- You may be right, and if so this speaks to a need for more government regulation. Duopolies aren't necessarily any more competitive and cost-effective and consumer friendly than monopolies. We are also rapidly approaching a duopoly in wired video/Internet/phone service (cable companies versus AT&T).
