As Google continues to add features to Google Apps, we will see more
and more companies that will view them as having sufficient features. Combine this with decreasing need to print, and increasing sharing, and there will be crossover points where companies are finally ready. Of course the increasing bandwidth, reliability, ubiquity, of the Internet also help move the crossover points. And, finally, offline capabilities being added are another big factor.

But, very interesting to see Capgemini eat their own dog food and actually do a deployment.
