Our machine room
Well, let's see (we're an S&P 500 company) at one site:

MS: Exchange mail, some internal webservers; print queues.
Solaris: four 64-bit systems (mostly for older software)
Linux: 17 general-purpose 32-bit servers
Linux: 19 64-bit compute servers

The line-of-business stuff is pretty much 100% Linux.
