I agree...
Any company that has a security breach could be liable to the users whose information was stolen. It's a "reasonable expectation" that the CC information is secure when you purchase at a store.

I'd be happy to sue any company that let my credit info out (if something happened). How else can I have the resources to rebuild my credit?
