It's not going to be pretty for awhile ...
The Amazon S3 SLA is a good move, but note that for Coupa to work for a customer S3 must be up, EC2 must be up, the network access to both must be up, the user's network and ISP must be up, AND Coupa's code must be working.

The only thing in this chain with an SLA is the storage (S3), and it's SLA is only ok.
