Four freaking years already!
We also chat about the demise of SCO, which had tried to build a business licensing patents and copyrights associated with Unix

How many times do we have to correct this?

Caldera/SCOX never claimed to have patents at issue. Never. Patent assignments (unlike copyright) are tracked by the USPTO, and a simple search discloses that no Unix-related patents were ever assigned to them.

None. Zero. Zip. Nada.

Even Darl McBride in his worst episodes of logorrhoea never claimed to have patents at issue.

Could you PLEASE at least get that right before this whole disgusting tale heads off the the oblivion it so richly deserves?
