It's no surprise...
I was a loyal Earthlink subscriber from 2000 to 2005. Once they outsourced the tech. support to India and the Philippines, it was simply a matter of time before people would get frustrated and leave.
That's certainly not to say anyone from those regions are any less capable than people from here. That's not my point. The language barrier is the first problem. Poor signal quality is another and saving money by hiring people with little or no training is a major mistake.
Maybe if the chief officers and other corporate gods shrank their bottom line a few million each, they wouldn't have to resort to outsourcing themselves into a early grave. Greed will always bring'em down.
