- Oracle's conundrum

Oracle is heavily invested in its legacy versions of PeopleSoft - BEA WebLogic, BEA Tuxedo & Jolt are big parts of the product.
However, with Oracle's much ballyhooed move to Fusion, these products get tossed out in favor of other technologies that are supposedly either more standards based or are Oracle's home-grown replacements.
If customers were ready to move to Fusion then Oracle wouldn't really benefit from BEA at all.
