Removal Of Copper Wires Inside Your House
Due To The Telacommunications Act of 1996, The OLD AT&T Split Up Into The Regional Bell Companys, Where The Regional Bell Company's Got To Keep Their Local Phone Customers And OLD AT&T Was Left With Only The Long Distance Phone Service As Their Main
Service. In This Process While Spliting The OLD AT&T Bell Company During The Split Up Caused The OLD AT&T To End Up With Having Only The Existing Long Distance Services Customer's And Non Of The Existing Local Phone Services Customer's, And Do To Money values The Existing Inside House Copper Wiring Was Left With The Old AT&T Bell Company, But The OLD AT&T Bell Company Did Not Want To Keep It, So They Just Gave It To All Of The Existing Local Phone Service Customer's. In Effect They Abated
Their Existing OLD Copper Wiring That Existed Inside Your House.
Thus Making The Existing OLD Copper Wiring Inside Your House
Your Responsibility, Making It Your Property.
So If Any One Trys To Remove Your Copper Wiring Insider Your House They Are Breaking The Law, And You Should Stop Them.

On the other hand The Drop As it Called (The Wiring From The
Telephone pole To Your house Is Not Your's And The Existing
Local Bell Company Can Remove That Drop From Your House, But
Most Of the Time They Will Just Disconnect The Drop At The
Pole ( Disconnecting The Drop From The Copper "Cable Pair" Going To The Central Office ) Opening The Connection And Making
The "Cable Pair Available For Later Use. Leaving The Drop That Was Going From The Pole With The Now Open Connection To The House and Not Completely Remove It Unless You As Them To Is For Operating Cost Reasons. In Any Case You Will Most Liky Have To
Pay Installation Charges For The Reconnection Of Service Unless The Compamy Waves The Charges.
