I don't have any numbers, but I would guess that the email currently residing on google servers (gmail) is also very significant at this point, probably rivaling that of the data on the myspace servers.

On a related point, I manage IT at my company. I would LOVE to dump my exchange servers in favor of gmail for our employees. I don't mind our data living in the "clouds". But it isn't going to happen until google offers me a way of backing up all that data in an open format, thus allowing me to show around when necessary. We're not about to be held hostage on our own data.
