- We are extremely inefficient
- The tons of software companies pitch their new software package.. but.. it must run on a standalone server.... jeesh... We have a TON of servers here running one, two or three apps and use 5% of the processing power of the server... what a waste ! Say what you want about Mainframes they are very efficient.. we have a ton of applications running on one box and it doesnt consume very much power compared to our 300+ windows servers and all the rest of our servers.
