The bottom line is this....
If I or most others I know had been caught or implicated in fraudulently obtaining records that I had no right to obtain, I would get jail time. The Corporates that had been victims of my pretenses would be screaming to the prosecutor for justice.
Yet, here we have a case of corporate greed and arrogance at it's finest and for all practical purposes there is absolutely no punishment for their actions. And by the way, if you're even thinking about telling me that their loss of employment and/or credibility is punishment enough, don't bother.
