Double-edged sword
This is a great technology, giving you the ability to check on the property values of your neighbors effortlessly. The problem is, they can check on yours, too. The privacy issue will become much more keen to people when this is shown to them, and the light bulb finally comes on and they realize that all that privacy chatter is now brought home (no pun intended).

The other issue with Zillow is the lag in getting updated data. Our town did a reassessment last spring, but I've noticed the data is still previous to that. When that happens, the service is not very useful at that point.
