- Rafe ? First off, thanks for the nod to the brilliance of SalesGenius and, second, I?d like to offer a point of clarification: SalesGenius only provides visit-history information for the people who have opened an e-mail from a sales rep and accepted an invitation to visit the rep's Web site. They do this by clicking on a link in the sales rep's e-mail. The customer has now entered the rep's store. SalesGenius lets the rep do in the virtual world what any good sales person in the physical world does: see what interests the customer and then offer to help them. It's all about providing great, personalized customer service.
