Well, to my mind it is fully correct to do what HP's Dunn did.
No person in a company has the right to do whatever without possible supervision. This is simply a matter of fact. Whoever says something else did not quite understand business. Putting it direct.
A company must work and run like an army. And to do so the road has to be kept clean, holes must be filled, and folks have to be punished. Society works this way ever since. Tricks on those who don't behave, sweets for the rest.
And if someone does not behave, there is basically not any right besides that of his dignity.
And since tapping phone calls in order to overhear tons of babble and remember only little unpersonal information relevant, does rather infringe the rights of the one forced to tap the calls, than it is to the tapped.
