On heels of AOL's privacy snafu, is a class action lawsuit next?

While I feel for Ms. Arnold, a class action suit would benefit only lawyers

I agree that what happened is inexcusable. And wouldn't it be great if Ms. Arnold and the others like her would be able to get something back.

Unfortunately, the only winners in class action suits are the laywers. The actual wronged persons get vouchers for $15, while the lawyers get $500,000 each. Doesn't seem right to me.
