- PCS Seconds That Emotion; Salesforce.com is Useless
- We couldn?t agree more with NetSuite. Salesforce.com's dirty little secret is that it doesn't enable you to process an order! And Benioff likening AppExchange to EBay is a joke. Salesforce can't help you MAKE MONEY! And if you aren't making money, you?re losing money. Only PCS connects an entire business ? accounting to order management to ecommerce to CRM and more. And it?s all online. Nobody - not even the mighty Salesforce.com - can say that.
