VPro will be the same, some pitiful bundling business to sell more Intel gear. From the description, it's just another piece of vaporware. Remote management is nothing new. Basically, the machine has a co-processor card that keeps running even when the PC is turned off, you can login the co-processor to do things such as flashing the biod and reformating the whole harddrive..I guess businesses will feel much safer because of that capabilty
