Instead of predicting the future, this guy is making a model of what HE WANTS and then saying that the future is that.
Here's MY future predictions - TV and radio broadcast companies will be destoyed by the WiMAX steamroller. The future of TV is from streaming video portals. These portals (Yahoo is making moves toward this) will have subscription fees and pay-per-view models, but they will also offer "FREE" media - albeit with embedded UNSKIPABLE commercials. You get to choose your level of "annoyance" by how much you're willing to pay.
