Developers will figure out how to use the power.
Maybe not right away, but Sony will have a big advantage when they do. Add to that Sony's big lead in Market share, and things do not look so good for Microsoft. Microsoft has been dumping millions into XBox and will probably never break even. Still, it might be worth it to them, since they know that the game boxes will morph into having a second use as general purpose computers eventually, and they did not want to leave Sony with all that business.
