You are so wrong mabricen...so wrong...
There are hardly any women in the upper levels of large corporations. According to a recent article in the associate press "Women now make up 15.7 percent of the top-ranking executives at America's largest companies."

When you consider women make up roughly half of the American workforce, but are represented by not even 16% of the executives, there is still a problem.

This extends to racial minorities as well who make up an even smaller percentage than women.

This can also be brought into the world of politics as well. Women and minorities are completely under represented in the political world as well as the business world.

Basically, big business and the biggest business of all (the government) are run and dominated by white men. When you consider that white men make up roughly less than 20% or less of the population, but yet they dominate 80-90% of the two most powerful institutions in the world, you don't see a problem?

Dude...wake up. I'm not a hippie loving liberal who protests racism and sexism...but at least I recognize there is a problem and do my best not to contribute to it.
