Appeals court backs Apple in investor suit

Perfect illustration why there is a need for lawsuit reform: I thoroughly believe that there should be a loser pays option for BS lawsuits such as this. I am weary of these "throw the stuff and see if it will stick" type of lawsuits.

Great!!!! Apple was shown to be innocent, but win or lose we the connsumers are going to pay for the expense of defending against the complainents. What should have happened was the judge should have looked at the lawsuit in the beggining and hit it with his "BULLSH1T" stamp.

I believe that the courts should be open to all people and since most trial liars ooops I meant trial lawyers work on a "pay only if you win" basis, the pay if you lose law would preclude a bunch of these BS suits form ever being filed.; Posted by: Squawkbox Posted on: 04/09/05 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
