I wonder if the reverse could be true...
Let's say that Apple introduces something like the iPod and as
an investor I am NOT impressed with it and think Apple stock
will take a dive so I sell. Now the iPod turns out to be a fantasic
product making the stock surge skyward and I being a weenie
who sold lost ton's of green.

Now might I not sue Apple for not selling me a valued investor
on their product and plans well enough before I made my
fatefull decision and sold all my Apple stock?

Hey it seems now a days we can sue for just about anything so
why not?

It was Apple's responsibility to CONVINCE me that the iPod was a
good idea was it not?
