Another shyster bites the dust ?
It would be interesting to know how many plaintiffs were
actually registered as part of the "class" and who they were ? It
seems utterly stupid to claim that SJ knew when he introduced
the Cube that it would turn out to be unpopular, or that
production would not be totally flawless ? What's really funny,
in addition, is that many Cube owners still feel that it's the best
thing they ever had. wink
