I had to write because of the negative message about Apple products. I have owned a Macintosh LC III since it was new in the early 80's. My MAC has never had a service call or problem in over 20 years of operation. It works as good today as it did the day it was purchased and I can still do things with it that can't be done on any other system. I have worked on computers since the mid 60's. Take my word for it, the Mac computers are the best and most reliable ever made. JJ
