Every reason from the ROI perspective
The ROI on the Mac has consistently been better than on Windows boxes, assuming that the applications are not for hightly specialized functions. The average user environment is pretty simple - internet, email, MS Office, one or two special apps. Costs come in managing the network, upgrades, SAN's, data migration, training, etc. The tight integration of Hardware/software in the mac lowers the cost of making everything work together. The advent of resource-sucking viruses, spam and spyware may eventually affect the Mac, but not nearly to the degree it has affected Windows OS, since it is simply more difficult to penetrate the Mac's tight OS/hardware architecture.

The reason Boards don't embrace the Mac today is aversion to the risk of taking on a new technology. As market share, penetration into vertical markets and public acceptance increases, so will the likelyhood that the board's will accept conversion to the Mac OS.

Then we will all get along...
